Procedure for Submitting Samples

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING GASKET TEMPLATES & SAMPLE SUBMISSION

Please note that we are NOT able to accept old gaskets as templates due to the risk of potential Asbestos content.

It is ILLEGAL to send any Asbestos product via mail carrier.
Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012

Any templates submitted must be sent as card replicas or technical drawings complete with dimensions.

Any submissions must be agreed by a representative of Heritage Steam Supplies prior to being sent. All submissions will have to be sent in a sealed Ziploc (or similar style) bag and the content clearly marked on the packaging.

Failure to comply with this procedure may result in the package being returned un-investigated.
