Nabic Fusible Plugs Nabic Fusible Plugs are available in both Fig 5 (Fire size) and Fig 8 with replaceable Fig 9 cones (Water Side). Both plugs are of gunmetal consturction with a central 'button' held in by low melting point alloy. When the alloy fuses this component is ejected by steam pressure.
